How do we calculate your Shipping Charges?
We use the standard UPS calculator to estimate shipping costs. David Self Tractor Co. reserves the right to ask for authorization for additional shipping charges for oversized or heavy orders. To help keep costs down, we reserve the right to ship via United States Postal Service or other shipping carriers.
What does it mean if I select "Customer Pickup"?
If you want to pick up your Parts at our shop, you should select "Customer Pickup". If you select "Customer Pickup" and DO NOT pick up the parts, we will ship the parts to you. By agreeing to this you are authorizing us to charge your credit card for the full shipping amount.
What does it mean when my part is listed as Back Ordered?
If a Part is listed as "Back Ordered", it means the manufacturer is temporarily out of stock. If the part is back ordered, we will contact you and let you know the approximate shipping date. Our manufacturers seem to be keeping a smaller inventory of parts; this must be due to the economy. This is out of our control and other dealers will have the same problem getting a back ordered part.
How are Part Returns handled?
OEM Parts can be returned or cancelled within 15 days with a 25% Restocking Fee. These fees are charged by the OEM Manufacturer. We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on any Electrical Parts.
